Terms of use
Effective August 18, 2026. These terms govern access to queuecode.com and, where a customer has an order form, the QueueCode service.
The service
QueueCode provides verified mobile check-in and a staff dashboard for a physical counter. We are not a restaurant waitlist, a nightclub guest list, an EHR, or a marketing platform.
Accounts
The location customer is responsible for posted signage, notice content, and obtaining any required visitor consent. You will not put clinical notes, payment cards, or government-ID images in ticket comments.
Acceptable use
No unlawful content, no using QueueCode as a promotional list, no attempting to access another location’s line. We may suspend an account that creates carrier or security risk.
Disclaimers
The marketing site is provided as-is. SMS delivery depends on carriers and the visitor’s device. Wait estimates are operational estimates, not guarantees.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, QueueCode’s aggregate liability under an order form is limited to fees paid in the prior twelve months. We are not liable for missed appointments, wait times, or staffing decisions.
Governing law
Oregon law, excluding conflict rules. Venue in Multnomah County, Oregon, unless your order form says otherwise.
