Verified mobile check-in · Portland
Replace crowded waiting rooms with verified mobile check-in.
QueueCode gives a person a real place in line from the phone they already carry. Identity or appointment match, position updates, and an “I’m here” tap — so the lobby can stay a lobby, not a holding pen.
How it works
A verified place in line — not a velvet rope.
People keep their place from any phone. Clerks see who is on site. The lobby can be smaller than the line.
Check in from any phone
A posted number or a small sign at the door. The person texts in or scans. No app store visit. The first reply creates the ticket.
Match the appointment
Lookup against the day’s schedule, a permit queue, or a will-call list. Unmatched check-ins wait for a clerk. They do not jump the line.
Text when it’s their turn
Position and wait estimates go out as the line moves. “I’m here” is a reply they choose. We do not ask for live location.
Mobile check-in
A place in line from the phone they already carry.
QueueCode is the check-in layer in front of the desk you already staff. Identity or booking lookup — not a first-name on a host stand.

Station column, live states, presence.
A clerk screen — not an iPad guest list. Now serving, wait, and on-site at a glance. Presence is an explicit “I’m here.”
Open the live line →Missed-turn recovery
A short hold and one recovery text.
If they miss the call, the slot holds for a short window (we default to eight minutes) and they get one recovery text. Then the ticket expires.

Counters that wanted the line without the camp-out.
Mid-market desks in the Northwest — not borrowed hospital-system logos.
“People wait for a consult in the lot now. We match the appointment, not a chart, and the vestibule is a vestibule again.”
Priya Nandakumar Front Office Lead · Cedar Ridge Specialty Clinic“Advisors used to guess who was actually on the property. HERE is a reply.”
Tom Ellison Service Manager · Lakeside Service Center“Residents stopped lining up at 6:40am. The recovery text made the fairness argument easy in a city meeting.”
Elena Ruiz Permit Counter Supervisor · City of Bend“Will-call is a line, not a door list. Order match at the window, a text when the envelope is ready.”

FAQ
Straight answers.
Is this a restaurant waitlist?
No. QueueCode is verified mobile check-in for clinics, service counters, public offices, and box offices — not a host stand and not a nightclub list.
What does the text look like?
QueueCode: You’re checked in at Lakeside Service Center. You’re currently number 4. We’ll text when it’s your turn.
What is a location?
One physical counter or floor that shares a live line. A two-desk permitting office is usually one location. A clinic and a lab across the street are two.
Do you ask for live location?
No. “I’m here” is a reply they choose. Presence is never a background location feed.
Where are you based?
Portland. Founded 2023. 421 SW 6th Avenue, Floor 8.
Bring a typical Tuesday morning.
No nightclub demo. A QueueCode operator will map one real counter on a sample dashboard.
