Privacy notice

Effective August 18, 2026. This notice describes how QueueCode, Inc. handles information on queuecode.com and in the QueueCode service.

Who this covers

Location customers (the clinic, shop, city office, or venue that buys QueueCode) and visitors who check in by text. If you are a visitor, the location is typically the controller of the ticket record; we process it to run the line they bought.

Information we collect

From customers: account names, roles, billing contacts, and configuration (locations, stations, recovery windows). From visitors: display name or ticket label, mobile number, optional appointment or order identifier, check-in and “I’m here” events. From the service: staff actions and IP/user-agent for dashboard logins.

The marketing site may collect standard server logs and whatever you type into the demo form (this static build does not transmit that form).

How we use it

To create tickets, send position and recovery texts, show the staff dashboard, to bill locations, to honor HELP/STOP, and to secure accounts. We do not sell visitor numbers. We do not use ticket content to train public models. We do not ask for live location.

Sharing

Carriers and messaging infrastructure, hosting, and integrations you connect. We share with authorities when required by law. Network customers may export their own ticket history.

Retention

Default ticket history is 90 days unless your order form sets another period. STOP requests suppress future traffic; we keep a minimal suppression record.

Your requests

Visitors should start with the location they visited. You may also email [email protected]. We will route access or deletion requests to the location customer when they are the controller.
