How messages are counted
A check-in confirmation, a position update, an “I’m here” acknowledgment, a now-serving invite, and a recovery text each count as one message. Inbound replies from the visitor do not consume the bundle.
Unused messages do not roll over. Extra packs are sold in 2,000-message blocks. We will look at a typical week before we recommend Center over Counter.
Public agencies can use a straightforward order form; we do not advertise cooperative contracts we have not actually joined.
